These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", "your") and cx7pk ("we", "us", "our", "the Platform"), the operator of the website located at cx7pk.cam. All Intellectual Property rights in and to the Platform and its Content — including but not limited to text, editorial guides, graphics, logos, page layouts, colour schemes, typographic treatments, and the cx7pk brand name — are owned by or licensed to cx7pk. All rights not expressly granted under these Terms are reserved.

You may not reproduce, republish, transmit, adapt, modify, create derivative works from, sell or otherwise exploit any Content from this Platform for commercial purposes without obtaining prior written authorisation from cx7pk. Any dispute arising in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved amicably shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of competent jurisdiction applicable to the circumstances, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
